Lynn M. Ross is a strong advocate for federal, state and local policies and legislation that promote affordable housing in a safe, decent environment. At the National Housing Conference and the Center for Housing Policy she leads efforts to broaden understanding of the nation's housing challenges and to examine the impact of policies and programs developed to address these needs.
