"The Time to Relax is When You Don't Have Time For It: Finding More Balance in Your Life." Regenia Bailey is the founder and principal of the Bailey Leadership Initiative. She has worked for over 12 years in the not-for-profit sector and was the founding director of the Iowa Women's Foundation.

Summary:
We all seek the ideal balance between work and our non-work lives, but with technology that enables us to be connected to work and to others 24/7, and the expectation that we will do more with less, how do we find-and maintain-that balance? We'll talk about ways to reduce stress, to manage our workloads, and to improve the balance in our lives.

The Bailey Leadership Initiative is a consulting and coaching organization that takes a customized approach with each client. We set ourselves apart from other consultants because we do not use a 'one size fits all' approach when we work with you. Our work is based upon research, practical and political experience, and common sense. We talk with you about your objectives in working with the Bailey Leadership Initiative, and develop methods and processes that will meet your needs to achieve your goals for our work together.Your work with the Bailey Leadership Initiative can help move you or your organization forward in the development of leadership capabilities. We can help you clarify your personal or your organization's goals and help you develop the steps to reach those goals. Through individual or organizational coaching, we can provide the accountability and a sounding board for implementation of the steps to reach your goals. If this approach is something that you'd like to explore for yourself or for your organization, please contact us.
