Jeff Witt is the Director of Utility Services at ISU and manages the ISU Power Plant, a coal-fired plant that efficiently supplies heating, cooling, and electricity to the campus using the process of co-generation. Jeff has been involved in testing biomass as alternative fuel in the power plant and was involved in the negotiations to purchase wind power as part of ISU's energy portfolio. His presentation will provide an overview of ISU's future energy needs and options. Jeff has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from ISU.
