The top quark physics is gaining speed at ATLAS, one of the two large general-purpose experiments at Large Hadron Collider. I will talk about measurements of top-anti top quark production cross section recently done at ATLAS, and techniques which were used in these measurements. I will also discuss perspectives of these studies with new coming data.
