This dinner is one of four fine dining experiences offered fall semester by the students in the hospitality management program's fine dining management course. Seating begins at 6:15 p.m. To reserve seats at this dinner, contact Hailey, 515-294-3330.

Participants may pay with check, cash or CyCash at the end of each dinner.

Rediscovered: New England Street Food

Appetizer: Poutine
Fried potato coins covered in local cheese curds and red wine mushroom sauce.

Salad: Lettuce Wrapped Lobster Roll
Lobster salad over butter head lettuce with crunchy garlic croutons

Soup: Zesty Manhattan Clam Chowder
Tomato-based soup with lots of vegetables, clams and shrimp. Served with a crip crostini for dipping.

Entree: Spicy Pork Sausage on pretzel roll; glazed brussels sprouts; macaroni and cheese
Italian sausage with cheddar cheese wrapped in pretzel bread served with a side of apple chutney. Brussels sprouts baked with maple syrup and pecans, glazed with vanilla butter. Cheesy macaroni, flavored with pumpkin and maple, topped with cheddar cheese.

Dessert: New York Cheesecake Pops
Cheesecake balls flavored with blueberry, cranberry and caramel pecan, dipped in almond bark and graham cracker crust, all on a stick.
