Identify barriers to effective communication, explore personal communication styles and learn how to apply five key principles of effective listening. The workshop utilizes a wide variety of facilitation approaches, including lecture, group exercises and discussion, case scenarios and skill-building tools for success that can be put to work long after the course ends.
