Join professors Bill Graves (Horticulture) and Jim Colbert (Ecology, Evolution, & Organismal Biology) as they showcase Iowa State's outdoor learning spaces and help you discover how to adapt your classroom for unique hands-on, experiential learning.

From creative ways to use ISU's campus to traveling among various Iowa resources, prepare your plan for once-in-a-lifetime real-life learning from these members of the Outdoor Teaching and Learning Committee. This workshop will be useful for the creative adaptation of many disciplines including Arts and Landscape Architecture, Flora and Fauna, Geology and Creative Writing... take part and idea-build what possibilities exist for your new non-traditional classroom experience.

This workshop has been postponed until spring 2015.

An experiential field trip component will be provided the latter part of the workshop, so please dress appropriately.
