"Climate Urgency & How Iowa Farmers and Businesses Can Take the Lead" - Katharine Hayhoe is an atmospheric scientist who directs the Climate Science Center at Texas Tech University.

Hayhoe's work has been featured on the documentary series Years of Living Dangerously and The Secret Life of Scientists and Engineers. She is coauthor of the book A Climate for Change: Global Warming Facts for Faith-Based Decisions. Hayhoe earned her PhD in atmospheric science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
