For many years now, the Department of Physics and Astronomy has been offering public planetarium shows hosted by graduate students. These events reach beyond ISU to the larger Ames community, attracting hundreds of interested individuals and families to come to the Department and learn. I will present details of these efforts from past to present and how we might incorporate aspects of the Astronomy Ambassadors program to provide even more effective outreach.
