"The Mystery of Water," Co'Motion Dance Theater's Women in Motion.

Each year, the members of Women in Motion compose dances around a specific theme. This year the women chose "water." Dances range from the light hearted "Waters of Eden," performed with large exercise balls and reminiscent of dolphins, to dances based on immigration and brides coming over to America in boats.

The music for "he Mystery of Water" is just as eclectic. Beach Boys tunes are juxtaposed with music from Matthew Coley's marimba in "Waiting for Rain."

Another performance is on May 1.

Co'Motion Dance Theater is in residence in the ISU Dance Program.
