Class includes equipment and how to use it, depth of field, aperture, light, composition, finding your subject, and tips and tricks. Each class is broken into 3 parts: classroom discussion, hands-on practice taking pictures by the students, and review of the images taken. You will need to bring the following to each class: your DSLR camera & sturdy tripod.
This class is the prerequisite for many other photography classes offered at Reiman Gardens. Preregistration with prepayment is required by Monday, March 28. Register early - this class fills up fast! Cost is $72 for members and $90 for the general public. Iowa State University students pay 15% off the member rate.
