During Opening Weekend of Nature Connects: Art with LEGO bricks by artist Sean Kenney, several stations will be set among the Gardens for free play and a specific garden-themed building activity, as well as interpretation of the 2016 theme about color.
Our mantra for the Discovery Stations is "Play, and let it stay!" Participants will use the LEGO® bricks as building-and-play materials, and will leave them at Reiman Gardens for other events and future creations!
No preregistration required. Included with the price of admission. Admission is free for members and Iowa State University students. For admission, the general public pays $8 for adults, $7 for seniors ages 65+, $4 for kids ages 4-17, and free for kids ages 3 and under.
