The Iowa State Leadership Experience is an annual leadership conference sponsored by the Student Activities Center, the Carrie Chapman Catt Center for Women and Politics, the Department of Residence, the Margaret Sloss Women's Center, Multicultural Student Affairs, and the Office of Greek Affairs. This event is intended to help new and existing leaders on campus improve their leadership skills, learn about leadership opportunities at Iowa State, and network with other leaders from across campus.
