University Professor of higher education Larry Ebbers is retiring. A short program will begin at 4:15 p.m. A graduate student fund has been established.

Ebbers served as associate dean of the College of Education (1996-2000), director of RISE (1998-2000), chair of the professional studies department (1985-92), assistant dean of the College of Education (1972-85), and assistant director of residence (1965-72).
