Move over tie-dye, there's a new trend in town. Use fiber reactive dyes and ice to create a watercolor effect for a scarf or decorative pillowcase.

Work with Sarah Cady to learn traditional Shibori tying techniques, or just scrunch it up - both will result in beautiful color combinations. Scarves will sit in dye overnight, so you'll need to stop back to pick up your finished piece. Open to all ages if accompanied by an adult. Drop in but give yourself 45 minutes. $12 for first scarf, $8 for additional scarves.

Thursday, January 12 from 6-9pm
