Mondays beginning April 3, for 4 weeks, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. As winter thaws, melt like a snowman in these light-hearted parent/child yoga classes that incorporate stories about springtime.
Bend, stretch, twist, balance and then relax in authentic yoga poses reshaped for youngsters. Instructor Nan Bonfils is Creative Director at Centering Porch and has trained with Yoga Kids International.
Ages 3+ with an adult. Preregistration with prepayment is required by Wednesday, March 29.
SERIES for youth/adult pair:
$40 Members ($12 for each additional youth)
$50 General Public ($16 for each additional youth)
$34 ISU Students ($10.20 for each additional youth)
