Whether you want to be an active leader within your farm family, create the agribusiness career path of your dreams, or influence local agricultural boards and committees, this conference will have something for you. The event will bring women together for inspiration, informal mentoring, new ideas and expanded skill sets around leadership.

As we continue to grow the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Women in Ag program, we want to offer activities that are unique in our state, take advantage of university expertise, and support the community of women in agriculture.
