An introduction to the latest development in OpenTBL whereby students can directly access the iRATs, tRAts and Peer Evaluations from Canvas itself, for a secure and seamless learning experience.

The latest addition to the ThinkSpace family is OpenTBL - an online platform dedicated to the implementation of Team Based Learning in an online environment. I am happy to kick off our semester of Learning Community meetings with an introduction to the latest development in OpenTBL whereby students can directly access the iRATs, tRAts and Peer Evaluations from Canvas itself, for a secure and seamless learning experience.

At the Learning Community, we will demonstrate how to activate the (Learning Tool Interoperability) LTI to integrate your OpenTBL Space or Exercise to an Assignment or a Module in Canvas - and what that means for students. We will clarify the limits of this LTI and procedures that will still need to be performed in OpenTBL for a successful application of team assignments Topics about uploading scores from OpenTBL to Canvas Gradebook will also be covered
And the Sixth Edge developers team will be present via Zoom to answer all your questions!

Join us on Wednesday, January 10th from 2-1:30 p.m. in 2030 Morrill Hall, or via Zoom at https://iastate.zoom.us/j/479726492
