Susana Munoz is an assistant professor of higher education in the School of Education at Colorado State University and co-director of its Higher Education Leadership Program.

Registration is not required to attend the noon talk.

Munoz earned her undergraduate degree in political science and international studies from Iowa State and returned to Iowa State to earn a PhD in educational leadership and policy studies.

She was recently named by Diverse Issues in Higher Education Magazine as one of the 25 most influential women in higher education. Her first book, Identity, Social Activism, and the Pursuit of Higher Education: The Journey Stories of Undocumented and Unafraid Community Activists, was published in 2015.
