This workshop is intended to help faculty identify sources of bias -- explicit and implicit-- in their interactions with students, colleagues and community members, and develop mechanisms for addressing unintended bias. It has only two requirements - an inquisitive mind and an electronic device (phone, tablet, laptop) that can connect to the internet. All faculty are invited.

Leading the workshop are Reginald Stewart, vice president for diversity and inclusion; and Jose Rosa, professor of marketing and faculty fellow for diversity and inclusion.

Light refreshments will be provided.
