Radiative transitions offer insights into the internal structure of quark-antiquark bound states through their electromagnetic couplings. I will discuss the radiative transitions between the scalar and the vector states of charmonia and bottomonia. I will also present their transition form factors and their decay widths. Finally, I will introduce the topic of frame dependence for transitions in the light-front approach.
