Guest speaker Elizabeth Jachimowicz will talk about mid-century millinery designer Benjamin Green-Field.

Guest Speaker: Elizabeth Jachimowicz, independent scholar and former Curator of Costumes at the Chicago History Museum
Jachimowicz will discuss her most recent research on mid-century designer Benjamin Green-Field. Known as Chicago's Mad Hatter, Green-Field achieved celebrity status for his whimsical millinery that featured the likes of panda's, lobsters, and playing cards. This event is in conjunction with Designed for a Modern Life Exhibition at the Christian Petersen Art Museum.
