This event is designed to provide a holistic approach to Yoga which shall involve meditation, breathing techniques and discussions on other elements of Yoga. The event does not require prior Yoga experience. Daily workshops are being held Jan. 27-Feb. 8 (6:30-7:30 p.m., 1252 Howe Hall). Exception: Feb. 5 session will be held in 1028 Black Engineering. Doors open at 11:45 a.m. for the Feb. 9 grand finale.
