Top Hat Certification Day is designed for those instructors who are either new to Top Hat or have experience using Top Hat in their classrooms, and who wish to learn how to implement core and advanced Top Hat functionalities in order to boost student engagement, participation and motivation.

*What is certification?*
A certification is an official recognition that you have been trained by a Top Hat trainer in an interactive face-to-face session that offers a great insight into Top Hat classroom engagement techniques and practices. Certification is what makes you stand out as an innovative educator and a mentor to your colleagues who are interested in transforming their classrooms with Top Hat. Upon completion, you will receive an official electronic certificate that can be shared with your professional network on LinkedIn.

Logistics
Eligibility: All faculty members (tenured, tenure-track, or term) and staff with a teaching role who have a genuine interest in learning about and building on their current Top Hat knowledge are encouraged to apply.
