Karen Couves, (CELT Faculty Development Program Coordinator) will guide you through building awareness, community and connection in the classroom. Mindful and contemplative pedagogy will be discussed and modeled in this interactive presentation.

Participants are invited to explore ways to enhance learning environments using breathing, writing, and other focus and attention restorative techniques from the Tree of Contemplative Practices.

This workshop is the first in a series of sessions on mindful and contemplative pedagogy.
