If left unaddressed, biases and microaggressions negatively impact the learning climate and can hurt students' engagement, sense of belonging and academic success. As a result of participating in this webinar, you will receive strategies to respond to microaggressions in the learning environment. To do this, we will explain the concept of microaggression while identifying examples of microaggressions. Then, explore and share strategies for us to respond more effectively to microaggressions.
Note: This webinar is an additional workshop on teaching inclusively.
