As the world continues to grapple with the disruptions and uncertainty of a global pandemic, we reflect: What critical opportunities and challenges does this situation present to us as university educators and leaders? Participants in this session will be introduced to trauma-informed approaches and how to apply these principles in a university setting.

Together, we will discuss and practice mindful techniques for preventing, grounding and processing trauma responses for ourselves and others. Participants will leave this session with tools for applying trauma-informed instruction principles in their learning environments.
