Soil is easy to overlook, but by providing warmth, air, moisture, and nutrients to plants, it is an essential support system for your garden.

Learn about soil types, pH, the meaning of "organic" and much more in this program we promise makes soil interesting! Director Ed Lyon will provide additional resources and introduce the concept of sustainability in gardening by conserving resources and doing no harm. Includes a book on soil for gardeners.

Preregistration with prepayment is required by Tuesday, February 22. Limited to 20 participants.
