Savoring the Moment: Techniques for Maximizing Joy and Satisfaction

This session focuses on the art of savoring, the practice of fully engaging in and appreciating positive experiences. Participants will learn about the different types of savoring, the psychological benefits of savoring, and strategies to enhance their ability to savor both ordinary and extraordinary moments. Through interactive activities, attendees will discover how to apply savoring techniques to boost their overall happiness and satisfaction in their roles as educators.
