Fostering Psychological Flexibility: Adapting to Change and Thriving in Uncertainty

Psychological flexibility is the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage stress effectively. This session will introduce the principles of psychological flexibility, including acceptance, mindfulness, and committed action. Participants will learn practical techniques to enhance their psychological flexibility, enabling them to navigate the complexities of academic life with greater ease and effectiveness. Through experiential exercises, attendees will gain tools to improve their emotional regulation, problem-solving skills, and overall well-being.
