Tickets will be available at the door starting at 6:15 p.m. Seating is limited. Weather permitting there will be an outdoor observing session after the last show.

In person, Sonny Knight defies his 65 years of age. He was born in Mississippi in 1948, moved to St. Paul as a youngster, and took to music. Little Sonny Knight & The Cymbols recorded their debut 45 for New Teenage Records in 1965, when he was 17. Then music took a backseat to a three year call of duty in the army. A few more years in the Bay Area followed before Sonny returned to Minnesota in the mid-1970s and joined the band Haze.

Using recycled papers and fabrics, we will play with traditional methods of bookbinding to create miniature handmade books. Typically smaller than 6 inches, these mini treasures can be used as pocket sketchbooks, tiny scrapbooks, haiku poetry journals, hidden diaries, or even tomes for gnomes. Natural perfumer Amanda Feeley will help you explore the basics of perfume creation, from basic perfume structure and terminology, to blending, precautions, oil classifications, and recipes. The fee includes all supplies used in the workshop as well as what you take home: handouts, recipes/instructions, and your very own 5ml custom blended perfume. Notes: Please bring a notebook and do not wear any scented products the day of the class.
