Formed in Nashville, but carving a space in the field of bright, synth-spiked indie pop more often associated with L.A. and N.Y.C., COIN was started by students at Belmont University in 2012. They sold out a show for the first time by the summer of 2013, and the quartet of Chase Lawrence (vocals/synths), Joe Memmel (guitar/vocals), Zachary Dyke (bass), and Ryan Winnen (drums) signed with Columbia that fall.

The 34th annual SCAVMA (Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Association) Scamper is a 5K/10K run or walk. This is a dog-friendly race and competitors are encouraged to bring their canine companions. Entry fee includes chip timing, a race T-shirt, post-race refreshments and an entry for one of several door prizes. Proceeds support student involvement and raise community awareness about the OneHealth mission.

From 4-5pm, moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week along with techniques for dancing better. From 5-7pm, the dance floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie and working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time.
