Internship and Networking Fair
The Greenlee School's Jump-Start Internship and Networking Fair is a small, boutique-style fair that connects students majoring in advertising, journalism, public relations and related fields with businesses and organizations searching for interns and employees in those fields.
Digital Humanities in Practice: The Wikipedia "Edit-a-Thon"
Digital Humanities has been one of the most ubiquitous phrases on university campuses for a number of years. This workshop will put a practical and pedagogical face to the phrase, by introducing the concept of a Wikipedia "Edit-a-Thon." Attendees will learn how to turn Wikipedia editing (updating as well as creating entries) into a valuable teaching tool in the humanities. Preregistration is required. Register through Learn@ISU. Award-Winning Faculty Series: Escape the Lure of the Lecture

Research Workshop: Submission software training
The Office for Responsible Research will transition to a new electronic system for submission, review, and maintenance of Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) applications. The a-tune tick@lab system will go live in early 2018, integrating research, teaching and testing protocols, animal procurement and management, as well as veterinary medical records.

ISU Symphonic Band
The Symphonic Band is an 80-member ensemble that explores traditional as well as contemporary works by composers such as Percy Grainger, Malcolm Arnold, Gustav Holst, Ralph Vaughan Williams, and Leonard Bernstein. The Symphonic Band is conducted by Steven Smyth, Associate Director of Bands.
