ISU Yogathon is a sun-salutation yoga campaign aimed at providing a holistic approach to Yoga through postures, meditation, breathing techniques and discussions on other elements of Yoga. Sun-salutation (Surya Namaskar) integrates simple Yoga postures (asanas) in 10 steps with easy deep breathing techniques which are immensely beneficial for the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of an individual.
