Town Hall: TIER efficiencies
The university community is invited to a discussion of the latest efficiencies (business cases) proposed for possible implementation at the state universities. The business cases spring from the state Board of Regents Transparent, Inclusive Efficiency Review (TIER).

Software expert and Minneapolis patent attorney Steve Lundberg will address numerous questions about software protection, including kinds of protections, the threat of misuse or misappropriation, and the impact of recent court decisions.
