Open forum: Professional and Scientific Council
"Recent Changes in the Office for Responsible Research to Meet ISU Needs," vice president for research and economic development Sharron Quisenberry. She also will introduce Jerry Zamzow, acting program manager of ORR. Feedback on the proposed reorganization will also be asked from those in attendance.

The university community is invited to exchange ideas, questions and concerns on the proposed ISU School of Education. The forum begins with a short overview of the plans.
Relationships: Interstitial Connections Reception
Pamela White, College of Human Sciences Dean, along with the faculty in Integrated Studio Arts invite you to join them in celebrating the exhibition, "Relationships: Interstitial Connections," at the Brunnier Art Museum. Kids Story Time
This year we've been hosting Kids' Story Time every two weeks, from April to September. If you haven't already attended, please join us. Each session features a theme with two or three books read aloud followed by a related craft or activity. The books, crafts and activities are intended for children ages two to seven years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Opening reception: "Tana-Bana" exhibit
"Tana-Bana: A Celebration of Indian Textiles," is an exhibit of colors, weaves and designs of traditional textiles from India.

"Genetic Modification of Pigs to Improve Agriculture and Biomedicine," Jason Ross, ISU animal science. The lecture portion of the club's monthly gathering is open to the public.

Listening session: ISU central services for research
The purpose is to ascertain the strengths and weaknesses of services that are provided to support the research enterprise in order to build an infrastructure that can effectively manage its growth. Input from faculty and staff is sought. The conveners of the session are Vice President for Research and Economic Development Sharron Quisenberry and Associate Vice President for Business and Finance Pam Cain.
Artful Yoga
Weekly yoga session led by yoga instructor and ISU senior Kelby Barker. During inclement weather and November, class will meet in 1017 Morrill. No yoga experience necessary; bring your own yoga mat.

Reception: "Fresh Fotos: My First Year Experience" exhibit
This reception celebrates last year's participants in the "Fresh Fotos" exhibit, and introduces the freshmen continuing the tradition this year.
Research showcase: CCEE graduate students
An annual poster presentation showcasing the research of graduate students in the CCEE department. Attendees will be invited to select a People's Choice Award and enter a survey to win prizes, including a $50 gift card to the University Book Store, ISU hat, T-shirts and candy. Open to the public; refreshments will be provided.
