VPR Workshop: Broader impacts
Over the past five years, broader impacts have seen increased focus at the National Science Foundation. These sections are playing a major role when funding decisions are made. This workshop will provide an overview of how to successfully incorporate broader impacts into your research proposals, resources that may be found on campus, and an NSF perspective on its importance.

Workshop: Civility in the Workplace
Few would argue that our society has become less civil, and the workplace is no exception. Today we can observe a continuum of behaviors and actions that include rude and discourteous behavior, electronic incivility and even "cybermobbing."
