Online Course: Web Accessibility MOOC for Educators
With campuses now under fire for their course content not complying with 504, 508 and WACG2.0 guidelines, it is timely to visit the topic of accessibility in the educational setting. This MOOC introduces the importance of accessibility as an essential communication tool to provide equal, barrier-free access to information for educational institutions.

Seminar: Future Directions for Game Based Learning at Iowa State
In this session, a showcase of the newly developed Game Based Learning (GBL) module will be presented. Additional feedback from participants will be gathered to improve the current module. A discussion will be led to talk about the future of the learning community. Strategies of how to expand the current community and suggested topics will also be discussed.

Webinar: Improving Outcomes in Chemistry Through Holistic Instruction
Successful STEM faculty of the future must find ways to engage and improve the experiences of first generation, low-income and/or minority students who are increasingly enrolling in institutions of higher education. This session examines the experiences of faculty and Kearns-CIRTL Graduate Fellows who work with students in semester long workshops to help improve academic performance in chemistry.
