Paint Your Own Pottery: Mug Night
"Painting" bisque is a fun and relaxing activity that can be done solo or with a group of friends. Choose from Mugs of all sizes and styles for your favorite beverage. Studio fee is $4 for ISU and $5 for public to attend plus the cost of the bisque you select.

Tai Chi Class
The class is an introduction to the Yang Style Short Form as taught by Cheng Man-Ch'ing. Learning and doing the Form's movements refresh the spirit and improve balance, posture, flexibility, attitude, confidence and overall health and well-being. Students will also learn some Qigong health exercises. Lloyd has been studying and practicing Yang Style Tai Chi for two decades.
