Artful Yoga
This practice will enrich your yoga experience by going beyond the physical and inviting an artistic perspective to your awareness. This month we will focus on introspection and identity in our practice. Please arrive early for a discussion on the month's topic beginning at 5:15. The practice will begin at 5:30. No yoga experience is necessary, but please bring your own mat.

Ceramics and Tea - Lecture by Artist Peter Hamann
Peter Hamann is an American ceramicist who studied in Iowa as a young artist and has lived in Japan for over 30 years where he has perfected his exquisitely beautiful ceramic forms. Through his time in Japan he has become exceptionally knowledgeable in the art of the tea ceremony, a highly important and respected event in Japanese culture. Peter will share his artwork and knowledge in this lecture.

As we continue to celebrate the University Museums' 40th Anniversary we'll explore the new center's pavilion and other learning spaces with a special focus on Clint Hansen's mural.
