Inspiration and Intersection: Ceramics and Social Commentary
Join Art and Visual Culture Professor Ingrid Lilligren, Dr. Emily Morgan, Assistant Professor of Art History, and Jen Coppoc, Lecturer in English and American Indian Studies for a conversation on race, gender, and the multi-layered meanings in the art of Josiah Wedgewood, J.J. Kandler's Meissen porcelain, and Lilligren's response, which are all included in the Inspired By... exhibition currently on view in the Brunnier Art Museum.

Artist Norie Sato has now designed and installed three remarkable and transformative projects for the Art on Campus Collection. Her exceptional artistic skills have been a definitive part of the aesthetic of first the Palmer Building, followed by Hach Hall, and now Marston Hall, the reborn home of The College of Engineering. Meet in the Palmer Building by "One, Now, All".
Artful Yoga
This practice will enrich your yoga experience by going beyond the physical and inviting an artistic perspective to your awareness. This month we will focus on words, how we use them and interpret them. Please arrive early for a discussion on the month's topic beginning at 5:15. The practice will begin at 5:30. No yoga experience is necessary, but please bring your own mat.
