SHIFT Installation Opening Reception

Opening reception for a design-build installation by the spring 2016 second-year architecture studios. The permanent outdoor public space integrates both seating and places for play at Reliable Street artists' collective in Ames. At night it will be illuminated by an architectural light display powered by a solar-panel system donated by Ames company PowerFilm.

Work this year may include ceramics, prints, photos, jewelry, woods and textiles. Most items will range in price from $5 to $150. The sale continues Thursday and Friday, April 27 and 28.
