Release a Butterfly into the Butterfly Wing
Don't miss the special opportunity to release your very own butterfly into the Butterfly Wing. After arriving on Saturday, December 4 between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. each registered person/group will be given their own butterfly, which they will then release into the Wing. For your participation, each person/group will receive a special certificate with their name, the name of their butterfly and the date.
Poinsettia sale: Horticulture Club
Plants will be sold in 5", 6.5" (single branch) and 8" (three-branched) containers. Sale begins Dec. 1 in other campus locations.

Learn how to assemble a holiday wreath with Reiman Gardens' staff. They will guide you through the steps to use evergreens, specialty greens and other materials to create your own seasonal decoration for your home.

Open House: Christmas 1870s at the Farm House Museum
Step back into time during this holiday season with festivities at the Farm House at the heart of the beautiful Iowa State campus! Celebrate the history and joy of the holidays at the Farm House's "Christmas 1870s" exhibition. "Wildlife in Pioneer Times" will be presented by Steven D. Lekwa from Story County Conservation at 2 p.m. This is an interactive presentation.
ISU Theatre Musical "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown"
Charlie Brown, hopeful as usual, decides to try to discover what it means to be a good man. Could it mean to make the most of what you have been given? Although he has many things to do including feeding Snoopy and writing a hundred-word book report on Peter Rabbit, with the help of his friends from the famous comic strip, he manages to discover the answer. A musical for the entire family.
