Cyclone Club Luncheon
Cyclone Club luncheons are open to the public. The program, led by John Walters, features a different coach each month. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. Cost of admission includes a catered lunch and door prizes.
Learning Community: Engaging Students through Writing
(Prerequisite: Currently teaching) While the possibilities for incorporating writing into a course are endless, these choices can also be overwhelming. What types of assignments will work in my course? How can I respond efficiently to student writing? Join the director of the Writing & Media Center for an in-depth, cross-disciplinary conversation on incorporating writing into courses across the curriculum.

The reception precedes a 7:30 p.m. keynote address. Part of the biological/pre-medical illustration program's 30th anniversary celebration.

Part of the biological/pre-medical illustration program's 30th anniversary celebration.

Manufacturing Day Movie Night
View a private screening of American Made Movie, a documentary about the rise and fall of American manufacturing. Manufacturing industry experts will host a discussion following the film and refreshments made in Iowa will be served. All are invited.
