"Little Dresses for Africa" Work Weekend
Simple dresses made out of pillowcases provide relief and hope for the children of Africa. We will provide the supplies, but can use the hands of volunteers to assist with making the dresses. From cutting fabric and ironing to sewing, there is a place for anyone who has an hour or two to spare.

This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. Ames Community Celebration in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Celebrate with song, story and birthday cake. An Ames tradition! After sharing birthday cake, the program begins at 6:30 pm.

Youth Program Training
The risk management office, the conference planning and management office, and ISU Extension and Outreach are hosting training for youth program leaders, administrators and student organization officers. The training will cover the policies, procedures and forms necessary to conduct youth programs at Iowa State. Preregistration is required. To register, email orm@iastate.edu by Jan. 18.

Instructors of large enrollment classes will learn about ways in which to implement active learning in the lecture hall. Art Inspired Student Juried Exhibit Call For Entries
Students may enter up to three entries in any media for consideration in the Art Inspired Exhibit on display January 24 - March 9 at the Memorial Union.
ClubFest II
ClubFest is an opportunity for students to browse through over 250 clubs and organizations to find out how to GET INVOLVED on campus. Although there are over 800 clubs and orgs on campus, a large sample will have booths with informational hand-outs and giveaways to highlight their club and recruit new members.
