Beat Diabetes Walk
The Diabetic Education Club (DEC) is a new student club bringing diabetes awareness, education and support to ISU. The club is open to students, faculty, staff and community members. The short walk will begin inside the northeast door of Hoover, cross the skywalk to Howe, and loop back to Hoover. Information about the prevention of type 2 diabetes will be available along the route as well as prize drawings and healthy snacks.
Celebrate Aging and New Gerontology Programs Reception
Mark the establishment of the new on-campus master's and Ph.D. programs in gerontology and enjoy great company and hors d'oeuvres with students, faculty, community partners, and friends.
