Celebration: BBMB 50th Anniversary
The Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology celebration weekend includes a variety of events geared to re-acquaint you with great work of this department, its advancements and visioning for the future, as well as provide opportunities to network, renew friendships and make new ones.
"Little Dresses for Africa" Work Day
Simple dresses made out of pillow cases provide relief and hope for the children of Africa. We will provide the supplies, but can use the hands of volunteers to assist with making the dresses. From cutting fabric and ironing to sewing, there is a place for anyone that has an hour or two to spare. Drop in our community studio to help another community of children in the orphanages of Central Africa.
Iowa Shrine Bowl
The 38th annual Iowa Shrine Bowl All-Star Football Classic. The game will showcase 92 talented high school football players and 60 cheer squad members from around the state.
