Registration for Spring 2012 for juniors
First day of assigned Spring 2012 registration dates for students projected as juniors. Hours for AccessPlus registration are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday-Saturday, and most Sundays.

A class for those comfortable with the basics of throwing on the potter's wheel and are now wanting to learn how to extend their abilities by throwing larger and/or more complex forms.

Field Work: A Family Farm
Meet filmmaker John Helde as he follows Judy and Charlie Swanson and their three grown children pursuing their dream of farming as one extended family. It follows the Swanson family through several seasons and looks at the social and economic challenges of family farming: rising land prices, changing technologies and the barriers to entry for the younger generation. A discussion will follow the 96-minute film.
Improvisations for Studio & Stage
In both visual art and jazz, interpretation is heavily influenced by the individual creator, never creating the same work of art or playing the same composition exactly the same way twice. Join Mark Chidister, associate professor in Art and Design, and James Bovinette, associate professor in Music, as they talk about the relationship and philosophical similarities of art & jazz.
