Join Jo Myers-Walker of the Left Bank Studio in Gilbert, Iowa, as she teaches a series of 10 classes on watercolors while being inspired by the surrounding gardens. Classes will focus on the figure in the landscape taking inspiration from tree and bonsai. Participants will showcase their art during the Bonsai Show on Oct. 8. All skill levels welcome. "Tana-Bana," an exhibition of textiles from India, is on view from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays through Dec. 9 at the Mary Alice Gallery, Textiles and Clothing Museum, 1015 Morrill Hall.
