ISU Extension and Outreach has always been quite clear about the "extension" part of our organization - engaging Iowans through programs for community and economic development, agriculture and natural resources, families and 4-H youth development, and the Center for Industrial Research and Service. However, our "outreach" role with the rest of the university hasn't always been as clear. How do we support and manage the impact of the university across the state of Iowa?
